If you’ve had the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew from Starbucks, you know that this is one seriously delicious drink. It is not overpoweringly sweet, which is what keeps some people away from the Pumpkin Spice Latte, but it still gives that satisfying pumpkin pie flavor that eases you right into fall and the holiday season. It’s also a nice transitional drink, since it is still a cold coffee. Best of all, it is actually so simple to make at home, so there’s no reason you can’t enjoy this cold brew all the time.

What To Do

Prepare your iced coffee the way you like it. Alternatively, you can also buy pre-made cold brew, which simplifies things a lot, especially if you’re in a hurry in the mornings.

Mix in the amount of maple syrup you prefer, and if you don’t want it to be sweetened at all, you can leave it out altogether. Mix in the vanilla extract and stir until fully combined.

To make the pumpkin foam, add the cold milk, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, vanilla, pumpkin spice, and salt into a measuring cup or frothing pitcher. Using a milk frother, froth everything together until it becomes a whipped cream consistency.

Take your serving glass and put as many ice cubes as you want. Pour the iced coffee over the ice cubes and then spoon the pumpkin foam on top of the coffee. Sprinkle on cinnamon or more pumpkin spice on top. Enjoy!
