She has recently confirmed that she’ll be gracing our televisions once again, and this time she’ll be hosting her own cooking show!

While appearing on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon, Joanna and husband Chip shared more details. The couple will be heading back to TV with a bang with the Magnolia network, and when Joanna discussed details about her second upcoming cookbook, the savvy Jimmy Fallon figured out that there was more to this news.
Jimmy said, “I don’t want to tell you how to do your network, but I would do a cooking show if I were you.”
Joanna cleverly responded by saying, “I like that idea Jimmy. Now you’ve got to talk to this guy,” she laughed, as she pointed at her husband.

Chip replied, “No, I’m cool with it, I’m cool with it. You’re talking to the executives to the Magnolia Network, and when Jimmy Fallon says Jo should do a cooking show, I vote that Jo does a cooking show.”
Jimmy then offered himself as a guest on the show and Jo finally caved in and admitted “We’re going one. Yes, we’re going to do it.”

Discovery Communications pretty much confirmed the news as well by saying in an official statement: “Additional details will be released in the coming months, but this marks the first official sign of Joanna’s return to television.”
