Training His Favorite
Justin had one mustang, in particular, that was his clear favorite. The horse’s name is Cinnamon, and it had not been trained to handle a rider. He began training Cinnamon in the hopes that this mustang would be his daughter’s horse in the future, once she got over her fears. He also hoped to use Cinnamon to train his daughter to ride, forming a bond between her and her horse.
A Fast Learner
Thankfully for Justin and Emma, Cinnamon was a fast learner. She did not take long to learn the signals and commands and she even quickly bonded with the pair. Justin and Emma worked everyday to train Cinnamon to be a suitable companion for little Emma and to ensure her safety once she started riding Cinnamon. Even if Cinnamon didn’t mean to, there was always the possibility that she could hurt Emma.
