In August 2017, Brittany and Briana decided to go to the Twins Festival, which fittingly took place in Twinsburgh, Ohio. It was there that they first met Josh and Jeremy Salyers. The girls knew that the moment they met the guys, their lives would change forever.

Brittany was the first to notice the guys in the crowd. She was stunned when she saw them, and immediately knew that she wanted to meet them. The four started to chat, and soon they realized that they were getting along very well.

After hanging out at the festival, the four twins connected on social media. The guys decided to reach out to the girls and let them know how excited they were to meet them and that they were looking forward to seeing them again at the festival the next year.

Although the girls were happy that the guys reached out, they didn’t agree that they had to wait until the next year in order to meet again. They replied to the guys’ message with a simple: “why wait?” which was the message that would change it all. The guys then decided to take a trip to Virginia to spend time with the sisters.

The trip to Virginia was truly a successful one. The four had a wonderful time together, and they realized that this could become something more. They decided to meet up again soon. It seemed like it was a fairytale come true for both the sisters and brothers.

The two pairs of twins had so much in common, starting with the fact that they both had names starting with the same letter, and all the way to the fact that the siblings worked with one another. One day, the two sets of twins took a trip to Twin Lakes, Virginia. They were accompanied by an Inside Edition crew, and the girls thought that they were part of a commercial. However, they were shocked when the two brothers got down on their knees and proposed.

Of course, all four are all close to one another, but they are in separate relationships. Brittany and Josh are a couple, while Jeremy and Briana are couple. Interestingly, the two couples are paired together by birth order!

Twinsburgh was the perfect location for the wedding, as it not only fit the theme of their wedding, but it was also where they all met at the Twins Festival. The only problem was, none of them were Ohio residents, making things a bit complicated to plan out.

Luckily, they were able to work through the obstacles. With all of the plans done, they were ready. The ceremony went smoothly without any snags, and they were able to have a wonderful joint wedding day.

The wedding was attended by the Deane and Salyers families and friends, but due to the unique situation, their wedding attracted some unexpected attention from the media. Several outlets wanted to report on their story.

In the end, the couples decided to accept the offer from TLC to film their wedding for a one-time documentary. Although the channel offered them an entire reality show, they felt that a single documentary would suffice. The film aired on TLC in 2019.

Of course, it’s always a challenge to find the perfect engagement ring in any situation. In this case, it would doubly challenging! However, the guys were very lucky because Briana and Brittany happen to have the same taste in jewelry, so the brothers went for matching rings, of course. The girls ended up loving them.

In addition to matching rings, the couples chose matching dresses and tuxedos to wear on their special day. This was not so out of the ordinary for them, since both sets of twins would often wear matching outfits, so it felt very natural for all four.
