One-Arm Tricep Extensions
If you have some dumbbells available to use at home, there are plenty of moves you can perform with them. For stronger and more toned arms, try out some single arm tricep extensions. Trust us, these are not as easy as you might think, and you’ll quickly build up stronger triceps if you incorporate these into your routine.
Side Lunges
Another great exercise that doesn’t require any equipment at all is the side lunge. All you need to do is stand with your legs a bit wider than shoulder distance apart and then step out with one foot, bending your knee at a 90-degree angle while your other leg stays straight. Then repeat with your other leg. This is a killer move that will sculpt your legs and glutes in no time.
