This exercise might look easy since you get to lie down on the ground, however this will give your glute muscles a serious workout. Make sure to squeeze your glutes when you lift up your hips. For an extra burn, open your legs when you reach the top. If you’d like to add even more of a challenge, try this move out with a resistance band.
